Shipping and Returns Policy
PRE-ORDER
You are reserving your item before it is made. Shipping takes 15 to 27 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delays may vary slightly depending on production workload. You will be notified by email if anything changes.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted on made-to-order or personalized items. In the event of an exceptional issue (defective item, error on our part), please contact us — we review each situation individually. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent.
Return Costs
In cases where an exchange is exceptionally accepted, return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are excluded from any return: perishable goods, hygiene products, hazardous items, downloadable software, and gift cards.
